Toms River, NJ - T.R.Yacht Club

Arrived early and given a nice slip at TRYC; met Ken Oliver, the Commodore-a Mainship 34 Pilot owner(our previous boat-see link to 2003 trip). Met by Jeanne Thorne a former classmate of Gerry's-had a great lunch in Manasquan-laundry at Jeanne's-and a car loaner to take Gerry to and from Philly airport tomorrow and Friday. Thanks again Jeanne!!! It's still windy here on the river, and we'll stay put for the weekend to avoid the Jersey crazies on the water over Memorial Day weekend. The excitement for the day was Lucy jumping off the wrong side of the boat, into Toms River, attached to the leash. Luckily her collar did not slip off when I pulled her up and aboard.

Poor Lucy! Have a safe trip Gerry, and have a good Holiday Weekend. Stay away from Seaside Heights! - Paul

Sorry to hear about Lucy! Have you considered getting her a harness for her to wear while on board? Should be a bit safer than a collar. Safe journey Jerry, hope app goes well over the next few days.

Love to all and take care -- Michael
